Thirst implemented a personalized clipping service for executive management in which managers received a digest of daily news events gathered from sources ranging from print publications to online wire services.

Using this system, all participating managers have access to a personalized intranet homepage which they turn to for their digest of news and events. End users can easily subscribe or unsubscribe to content categories and perform searches on stored archives. New features such as collaborative filtering allow end users to follow what fellow managers are reading. Sophisticated templates and publishing controls allow for easy and effective content administration of the site resulting in both time and cost savings.
