Our experience over the last 20 years has developed into a well-honed set of processes and methodologies for delivering successful software projects.

Discovery

Thirst works with each client to identify business requirements and qualify existing infrastructure, content and branding issues. This ensures that the creative and technology challenges are well understood and that the proposed solution meets the unique requirements of the client.

Documentation

From the outcome of the Discovery stage, Thirst develops and recommends solutions. Thirst creates the documentation necessary to layout a blueprint for the complete project requirements. Once an agreement is achieved the final technical and creative specification is revised and approved.

Foundation Development

Thirst creates the initial designs and technical architecture of the client project. Simple interactivity can be built into the initial design, so the client receives a true sense of functionality. Once a creative direction is determined and the technical architecture is solid, development can begin.

Development and Implementation

Thirst turns the clients specifications into a working product,. Product elements are tested and integrated throughout the development process, according to the specifications determined in the discovery stage. Effective and on-time development is a priority for Thirst.

Testing and Training Phase

Staging systems and a rigorous testing plan allow carefully verification of the final product. Thirst conducts necessary training, and any staffing plans are fully implemented. Administrators are managing the system with Thirst support and supervision. Code and documentation are delivered and training is implemented as determined by the project.

Follow-up

Thirst remains committed to clients and projects beyond delivery of the final product. Thirst recognizes that unanticipated concerns or unexpected changes in project direction may need to be addressed soon after launch as well as throughout the life of the product.

Ongoing Services and Post-Implementation Phase

Thirst offers a wide variety of maintenance and ongoing creative and technical services for use after the launch of the project. The creative services include brand changes and content additions and the technical services include support and maintenance packages, troubleshooting, optimization and performance tuning. Both services include training.
