Thirst has a proven track record of delivering customized, robust, mission critical web service applications. We are especially proficient in the tools, technologies and development methodologies necessary for defining and building transactional and dynamic publishing sites. Thirst has large-scale project management experience which includes business modeling and success criteria definition as well as managing relationships with third parties such as MIS departments and other vendors.

We have extensive experience in delivering business solutions off and online and have designed, built and delivered Web 2.0 applications such as Pfizer’s Sales Force Application and Web sites such as IBM’s Intranet, MIT’s Intranet, Netmarket.com, Gateway Sales Center, American Express’s Executive News Service and Univision Online. These projects have defined the visual and functional standards of some of the most user friendly sites online. Specifically we have:

• translated, extended and enhanced branding and on-air principles from traditional media to the Web (Newsweek and Univision);
• delivered information through personalization with the principal of how the design of content effects the individual user (Univision);
• investigated and improved the methods in which staff develop and produce content online (all jobs);
• developed templates that are logical, expandable, and easy to produce (all jobs);
• developed multiple graphic and HTML authoring tool templates for all areas of a site including extra lightweight versions for heavy traffic versions (Univision, Newsweek, IBM);
• designed and delivered navigation to content that is stable, extensible and effective.
